Susan Melvin was introduced to Mounted Games in the late winter of 2003 when her daughter, Sharon, attended her very first Pony Club Rally in the Walk-Trot Division. Just like that, Susan and Sharon were hooked on Games. Susan enjoys trail riding with her Tennessee Walker, Rocky Road. Maybe *someday* you will see Susan in the games arena if Sharon will allow her to use Derby since Susan is sure that [1] Tennessee Walkers do not play games and [2} Rocky is just too huge! She would never, ever be able to get back on without a mounting block! Susan has been the Co-Organizer of the MGAA Southern Comfort Games since 2004; she is the Co-Organizer of the USPC Carolina Region Games Rally; and she has served as the Assistant Overall Judge at the South Region Games Rally for the past two years. Susan is famous for always being sure there is something good for everyone to eat wherever she goes; after all, it is very important “not to get weak” .
